Brief
This is a placeholder MDX file so the /projects/[slug] route has something to render at build time. Replace it with real content as soon as the first project signs off.
What we did
- Stripped the failed existing membrane back to a sound ply deck.
- Installed Enviroclad TPO, mechanically fixed, with hot-air-welded seams.
- Flood-tested the field and the internal gutters for 24 hours before sign-off.
Warranty
20-year manufacturer warranty on the membrane. 5-year workmanship warranty from MRS.
