What it is
A warm roof puts insulation above the structural deck and the waterproofing layer above that. The structure stays warm and dry; condensation has nowhere to form.
When to use it

- Buildings with insulation or condensation issues in the existing roof.
- Projects targeting Homestar or Green Star ratings, or higher NZBC H1 thermal performance.
